Yesterday we hosted Thanksgiving dinner for fourteen people, all of whom fit at one table in our new dining room! Okay, the table was a little tight, but the room was accommodating—and gorgeous. Your project management skill is far above that of anyone we’ve worked with, and that gave us immense confidence during the project. I wouldn’t have guessed what a difference it would make. Nothing forgotten, nothing done inefficiently, and no disappointments. There wasn’t even a punch list at the end!Now that we’ve been living with the results, I can assure you that we are very satisfied with your craftsmanship and that of the subcontractors you use. I am writing this letter to recommend DMD development Inc. and the owner of the company Mr. Dale Drumm as a general contractor for any potential residential building project.

Mr. Drumm performed a renovation and remodel of our 3 bedroom house by adding an office/den and expanding our master bedroom to a new suite with walk in closet as well as a complete new entry for the house.
